"No Solicitation" list

The Township recently enacted an amendment to our local ordinance for canvassing and soliciting. This new legislation introduced by Deputy Mayor Bruce Sisler will establish a "No Solicitation" list for our residents. The ordinance prohibits for profit organizations from soliciting at addresses of residents who request to have their address placed on the list.

The "No Solicitation" list does not apply to bonafide religious, charitable, benevolent, educational or political organization or candidate. However, upon request a list of the "No Solicitation" will be provided to these organizations.

The only information on the "No Solicitation" list is the physical address of the property. If you wish to have your address placed on the "No Solicitation" list please contact the Municipal Clerk's Office at 973-326-7430 or e-mail .
