Community Leadership Experience
  • Professionally, Bruce has served many Republican campaigns including races for Senator Tony Bucco, Senator Robert Martin, Senator Tom Kean Jr., Assemblyman Michael Carroll and Assemblyman Jon Bramnick. Sisler also served in Governor Christie Whitman's Administration in the Intergovernmental Affairs Department and Governor Don DiFrancesco's Administration in the Communications Office. Bruce also was a regional director for former Michigan Governor John Engler at the National Association of Manufacturers.

  • Bruce is a graduate of Delbarton School in Morris Township, and he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Catholic University in Washington, DC.
Family
  • Bruce was born and raised in the Fairchild section of Morris Township and it is where he, his wife Kathy, and children Madeline (4) and Mitch (2) make their home today. Bruce's family has had a long history of public service in the Township: Bernice Sisler, his grandmother, was a Republican County Committeewoman for more than 30 years; Clem Powers, his grandfather, was a member of the Fairchild Fire Company; and Bruce's father is a past active member of the Morris Minute Men.
